Careful brushing and flossing is the best way to prevent plaque build-up, tooth decay and gum disease.

We recommend taking 3 minutes to do the following 3 easy steps:

1. Floss between all your teeth at least once daily (usually at night before going to bed).

2. Brush your teeth following meals and before going to bed at night. 

  • In the morning after breakfast
  • After lunch or right after school
  • After dinner
  • At bedtime


3. "Mini" (interdental) brush between your braces.
